the CBAF

The leaders of the Christian Bass Anglers Fellowship have worked diligently for the past three years to establish a tournament circuit to include Shasta, Orville, Folsom, McClure and the Delta. We have been pleased to see our efforts blessed by God and the growth of CBAF has far exceeded our initial expectations. Your response during these years has been both rewarding and humbling for all of us. So, it is with tremendous excitement we are announcing the establishment of our new Northern Division for the 2008-2009 Tournament year.

In addition to current CBAF leadership team members, Tim Dotson, Mike Baker and Dave Pringle, the new division leadership team will include Dewey Hutson, Danny Arroyo, Tony Bazzocco, Mark Camacho, Lee Banks, Buster Pryor, Michael Baggette, Jason Bubbier, Tom Farley, Frank Ono, Ron Owen and Randy Sakuda. This new team will be directed by Dick Gold.

Dick is a committed Christian who is active in missions work in his church as well as having served two terms as the President of the Gold Country Bass Club and Secretary of the Folsom Bass Team. Dick is the District Administrator for the CA District 11 Little League. Dick served our country for 29 years with the United States Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and Air National Guard. He has demonstrated his passion for fishing, his love for God, and his sincere support for the mission of CBAF. We are excited to have him in this challenging position.

The CBAF is looking to a Southern Division also. Dave Tencati will continue to serve as CBAF Vice President and Tournament Director and will begin the task of expanding our tournament opportunities to the south. As we continue to seek God’s direction for the CBAF in this regard we ask that you join with us in prayer.
